Here at TopShelf Cartridges we have tried to keep things simple.

For Shipping it is a flat rate of only $10 to anywhere in Australia for all orders $100 and under.

For all orders over $100 shipping is free.

Special notes: If a parcel has to be re-delivered because the customer is not available to accept the goods, TopShelf Cartridges is charged for each additional attempt. This additional cost in freight will be invoiced to you on a separate invoice for freight. Please ensure that you will be available to accept the goods between 8:30am and 5:00pm on the day of delivery to avoid this charge.

Although every care is taken by TopShelf Cartridges to ensure accurate delivery to you, we do not accept liability for losses occuring at point of delivery. Notwithstanding this, where it is proven that the goods have been short supplied, lost or damaged in transit, TopShelf Cartridges will replace the goods provided we are notified within 48 hours and subsequently validated by TopShelf Cartridges.
